Chia Seed Pudding

 The holidays are here which means baked goods are coming at you from all angels. HOW DOES ONE SAY NO!?

Although I will be indulging ( I the pope catholic?), I have also been trying to pick and choose the days I really go for it. I try to eat a little better during the week but that doesn’t mean that I don’t satisfy b=my sweet tooth!

I have been making this yummy chocolate chia seed pudding and have been having a little cup in the afternoons or after my dinner!


( 2 servings)

-3 tablespoons chia seeds

-1 cup milk (I used coconut, but you can use your favorite – almond, soy, dairy, etc.)

-1 1/2 teaspoons cocoa powder

-1 tablespoon of agave

-1 teaspoon of vanilla

-2 pieces of melted dark chocolate ( not shown in photo below). THIS IS THE SECRET/MAKES IT TASTE SO GOOD




1.In a small bowl or mason jar, stir together all of the ingredients

2. If you haven’t melted your pieces of dark chocolate, make sure to do this before adding the chocolate to the mix. 

3. Place pudding into a covered container in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.

4. Take out, place a small amount in a bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon
